Collaborate with the sales team to identify cloud migration opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. Engage with prospective customers to understand their current infrastructure, business challenges, and goals for migration to the cloud. Create migration strategies tailored to clients’ needs and align them with the company’s cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud migration services, educating customers on the benefits, challenges, and considerations of migrating workloads to the cloud. Present tailored solutions that include cloud adoption, cost optimization, and secure, scalable infrastructure designs. Offer strategic advice on cloud migration methodologies, such as lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, IT leaders, and stakeholders within client organizations. Guide clients through the initial stages of the migration journey, ensuring they feel confident in the chosen solution and timeline. Address any customer concerns or questions about the migration process, costs, or risks, offering solutions that align with their objectives. Sales Process Management: Support the full sales life-cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal creation and contract negotiation. Develop compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value of the cloud migration services. Coordinate with technical teams to create proof-of-concept (PoC) migrations and product demonstrations. Work with cloud architects, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure that proposed migration solutions are feasible, scalable, and meet customer requirements. Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the sales and migration process.
