Key Responsibilities 1. Design, review, and implement improvements to company facilities, physical infrastructure, equipment, and systems, including Civil & Structure (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Information Technology (IT) systems, cleaning services, and landscape management. 2. Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to ensure that all equipment and machines are functional, in good working order, and safe to use. 3. Manage external vendors by coordinating services, overseeing contracts, leading purchasing planning, and ensuring effective cost control. 4. Collect, compile, and organize data to prepare regular reports in compliance with PIC/S GMP maintenance guidelines. 5. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards for safety and health. Job requirements: 1. Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, along with certifications or training in OSHA standards. 2. Applicants should have proven experience in facilities management, particularly in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or similar industries, and must be familiar with PIC/S GMP maintenance guidelines and regulatory compliance. 3. Proficiency in handling Civil & Structure (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), and Information Technology (IT) systems for facilities is required. 4. The ability to develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs is essential. 5. Experience in managing vendors, contractors, and service providers, with skills in purchasing planning and cost control, is necessary. 6. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required for data compilation and report preparation. 7. Effective leadership and communication abilities are critical for this role. 8. In-depth understanding of OSHA standards and knowledge of environmental and building codes are necessary.
