QUALITY CONTROLLER (QC)

Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring implementation of quality control procedures and is considered an intricate part of the overall warranty and quality assurance of the company. Overview and develop documented information for HACCP & ISO 9001 system, Halal assurance system, FSSC, ISO 22000 and etc Oversee production, operations, quality assurance, or testing in maintaining a high level of quality assurance and control. Responsible for all product warranty inspections and to provide recommendation regarding claim processing, as well as providing technical support to customers. Act as a liaison between company's manufacturing plants and R&D centers for design modification and quality assuranc. Implement and monitor risk management activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a quality assurance assistant manager or relevant role. Strong knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods. Good knowledge of MS Office and databases. Exceptional communication skills. Good attention to detail and a results driven approach. Reliable and Trustworthy. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in food science and technology or relevant field. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 & Halal etc.) Willing to work overtime (OT).
