- Manage with all stores to analyse the training needs for staff and develop effective training plans.
- Design and provide proper training programs covering retail operations, product knowledge, customer service standards, and skills enhancement.
- Work closely with others department on their SOP and ensure our store staff manage to follow and understand the process.
- Plan and use the diverse training methods such as in-store coaching, classroom teaching, workshops, and e-learning to maximize learning effectiveness.
- Conduct assessments to ensure employees master training content and effectively apply IT in their roles.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to keep training materials relevant and impactful.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in training or a related role within the retail industry. Experience in store-level training is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English as a working language.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing training programs, with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives and foster teamwork.
- Willingness to travel frequently and undertake assignments as required by the business.
