Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and effective engagement with prospect agents
- Gather relevant information and conduct area-specific surveys where agent activity is low.
- Engage with potential agents.
- Answer questions.
- Review payments & product orders
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new agents.
- Organize and execute training sessions.
- Continuously improve recruitment materials based on feedback from agents
- Inform internal team about new agents
- Provide updated rules/packages
- Prepare details reports on recruitment and lead activities.
- Ensure that all materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Continuously refine content based on market trends and feedback.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or agent development roles
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and client relationship management.
- Experience conducting area-specific surveys or market research is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with potential agents and answering inquiries effectively.
- Strong ability to build relationships and trust with prospect agents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely completion of all recruitment-related activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet recruitment targets.
