Ecommerce Specialist

Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist Overview: As the E-Commerce Specialist at Big Nuts, you will be responsible for optimizing and growing our online sales on platforms mainly Lazada and Shopee. You will use paid marketing tools, manage product listings, analyze performance data, and drive sales growth. This role requires a data-driven and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: Manage and optimize product listings on Lazada, Shopee, and the company website. Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized for SEO. Monitor and adjust stock levels, promotions, and product availability. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement platform-specific strategies. Paid Marketing and Promotions: Create, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Shopee and Lazada (e.g., Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, etc). Set up and optimize product promotions, discounts, and bundles to drive traffic and sales. Implement remarketing strategies to target previous visitors and increase conversion rates. Analyze campaign performance data and adjust bidding strategies to optimize return on investment (ROI). Sales and Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and platform metrics. Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer acquisition costs (CAC). Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activities and market trends on e-commerce platforms. Adjust pricing, promotions, and strategies based on competitor analysis. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure promotions and sales campaigns are aligned with business goals.
