Job Responsibilities Website and Digital Marketing Management Design, manage, and update the company website to ensure a user-friendly interface and engaging content. Optimize the website for SEO to improve visibility and organic search ranking. Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to promote brand awareness. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights. Event and Exhibition Management Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences. Prepare marketing materials, booth designs, and event logistics to ensure a professional presentation. Network with potential clients and industry professionals during events to generate leads. Marketing Strategy and Campaigns Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote EMI shielding, thermal interface, and wave-absorbing materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals. Content Creation and Branding Create high-quality content for brochures, presentations, newsletters, and product catalogs. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels. Support product launches with promotional materials and campaigns. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with external vendors for marketing collateral production, printing, and website development. Analytics and Reporting Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and prepare reports for management review. Propose improvements based on data-driven insights. Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related roles. Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and SEO optimization techniques. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
