To be responsible to lead and direct the routine function of the Human Resource & Admin Department To be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including recruitment and selection, training, disciplinary meeting, counseling & motivation, performance appraisal, staff grievance, attendance records, resignation and as well as office administrative duties and other HR related matters To manage, update, improve and tighten Human Resource procedures To understand, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, interpret and ensure that the company’s HR policies are compliant to applicable laws and regulations To exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality and sensitive information, records and reports To investigates and resolves all disciplinary and HR issues/disputes, including investigations, disciplinary action, suspension, and termination of employment. To manage company’s HR issues, focal points for HR matters (Personnel file, leave, claims, loan and etc.) To coordinates/advise on employees’ monthly payroll such as salary adjustment, deductions, allowances, overtime pay & etc. To ensure timely submission of statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF) To provide HR guidance to line functions and ensure that all employment activities are compliance with various employment legislation and provide sound advice to Management. To enhance employee well-being and promote employee engagement, teamwork, and a pleasant working environment. To conduct Induction training for all new staff To handle job posting, interviewing candidates & conduct reference checks. To provide advice on performance management and staff welfare/benefits. To manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts. To prepare appropriate documentations in defined HR functions, including letters, reports, agreements, and internal communications To liaise with the insurance agents with regards to employees insurance coverage To prepare Letter of Offer, keep track of staff confirmation, and monitor staff contract’s expiry renewals and other employment-related due dates. To update and advise the top management on HR related matters To perform any ad-hock task as and when assigned by HOD and the Management
