POLYVALENT TECHNICIAN

1. To be responsible for the resort maintenance. 2. To support on the regular planned guestroom servicing program for air-conditioners, plumbing, mason, low voltage & remote controls, light bulbs, and furniture & fittings. 3. To inspect all breakdown of equipment/damage of property for repair or rectification. 5. To co-ordinate and if requested, supervises special projects and employment of outside contractors. 6. To establish and maintain a well-organized engineering store and monitor consumption of material, store, and inventory control. 7. Manage special working tools and register team members’ names upon usage of the tools 8. To inspect the entire building with particular attention defective or deficient condition on all operating equipment. 9. To carry out checking and coordinate on the preparation of maintenance the car park, grounds, courts, and walkways. 10. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve maintenance issues with efficiency and professionalism 11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. 12. Uphold safety standards to create a secure environment for guests and colleagues. 13. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned and perform other tasks assigned by the Management. 14. HYGIENE & SAFETY • Apply and comply with Club Med’s hygiene and safety standards as well as with the regulations in effect in the country • Repair any building detail which could represent a risk for GM, GO, GE • Inform his/her Manager or his assistant in case of any technical issue • Fulfil the role that is given to him by his/her Manager concerning safety in a crisis situation (evacuation, fire, cyclone warning) • Respect body and clothing hygiene
