We are seeking for Customer Service staff at Nilai Apparel Gift & Souvenir, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue opportunities and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Guide customers through the sublimation printing process.
2. Order Management
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Assist customers in customizing designs or selecting templates.
- Ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.
3. Technical Support
- Answer questions about materials, printing techniques, and customization options.
- Troubleshoot minor issues with designs or orders (e.g., file compatibility, resolution issues).
- Communicate complex issues to technical teams when necessary.
4. Quality Control
- Ensure designs meet customer specifications before printing.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
5. Sales Support
- Promote the shop’s services and products (e.g., custom mugs, apparel, phone cases).
- Upsell or cross-sell related products.
- Handle payments and provide invoices.
6. Issue Resolution
- Handle complaints or problems professionally.
- Offer solutions, such as reprints or refunds, when necessary.
7. Administrative Duties
- Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
- Manage inventory and report low-stock items.
- Update the shop's database with customer details and order histories.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
