Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Infant Nurse to care for infants aged 2 months to 18 months old. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a warm and stimulating environment for infants to thrive in their early development stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, health, and comfort at all times.
- Monitor and support infants' daily routines, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and napping.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized environment in the nursery.
- Observe and document infants’ developmental milestones and communicate progress with parents/guardians.
- Administer basic first aid as needed and adhere to the center’s health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with a team of educators and caregivers to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
- Build trust and positive relationships with parents/guardians, providing updates on their child's well-being and daily activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in nursing, early childhood education, or related field (required).
- At least (1 year) of experience working with infants in a childcare or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of infant care best practices, including feeding, hygiene, and developmental support.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with infants.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
