- Manage training and development for agent.
- Align agent development program with the company goals.
- Admin spending against department budget.
- Prepare effective training materials by utilize from media, social media, vendors etc.
- Update training programs and information to ensure it relevant time by time.
- Coaches Master Leaders and others who involved in agent development efforts.
- Plan, organizes, facilitates and order supplies for training and development events.
- Develop and maintains organizational communications such as poster and newsletters.
- Measure results.
- Work effectively with other department, master leader and agents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/ Degree in any field
- 3 years experience in customer service/ agent development
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
