Job Responsibilities/ Descriptions:

  • Assist with day to day operation of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to superior.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assist in the on-boarding process of new employees, including conducting orientation, issuing employment contracts, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with filing and documentation of HR-related paperwork.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and statistics related to HR.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute employee communications, such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters and other related documents.
  • Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs such as medical and insurance claims, and leave management.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Coordinate in renewal of government licenses, company car insurance & road tax, Puspakom, and etc.
  • To assist in staffs claim verifications and prepare reports to Management.
  • Assist with filing and documentations of Admin -related paperwork.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Payroll system).
  • Possess good communication skill at all levels, resourceful, high integrity able to perform duties with accuracy, detail and careful.
  • Possess of high level of confidentiality, responsibility, accountable, fast learner, dynamic, self-discipline and good attendance.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively and collaborate with employees at different levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain high efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
