Marketing Protégé (6-Month Contract)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Protégé to join our team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, conducting data analysis, and driving engagement through creative campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or young professional looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
• Perform data analysis to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommend strategies.
• Support content creation, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with company goals.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

2. Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or previous experience in marketing or data analysis is a plus.

3. Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
