PROJECT/SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities 1. Reports to Project Manager. 2. Project progress reporting and resolving project issues or discrepancies. 3. To co-ordinate and liaise with contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure project can be completed as scheduled and within budget allocation. 4. Monitoring the work of the contractors and ensure the adherence to project plan and quality requirements. 5. Prepare checklist ordering for equipments, tools and machinery required for the operation of the new outlet. 6. Application for business license and others relevent matters including TNB and SYABAS. 7. Involve in hand-over documentation of completed project to operational side. 8. To attend discussions/meeting with landlords/building management for renovation details and requirements. 9. Responsible for new investment projects in existing outlets. 10. Handle all issue related to tenancy. Requirements - Candidates must have at least professional certificate/Diploma in ID - Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues - Strong communication skills - Must be willing to work in any provided location - Possess own transportation - A team player - Most importantly, a critical thinker and pays attention to the smallest details - Candidates who have experiences with residential projects
