Candidate with an accounting cum administration graduate with a sound knowledge of MS Office and computer literacy. S/he is proficient in accounting, including bookkeeping, payroll management, bank reconciliation and other financial records.
The accounting cum administration is part of the operations management. It provides administrative support to the operation through accounting processes, payables and receivables, budgeting and reporting.
Certificate or diploma or equivalent majoring in Administration/ Business/Accounting are welcome to apply.
Accounting software knowledge would be an extra advantage with partially administrative as below:
- Filing
- Projects such as gathering information by phone, letter, email or in-person
- Research for projects of your manager(s)
- Recording and updating databases
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Sorting and handing outpost
- Supporting the reception desk
- Some simple invoicing
- Accounting tasks

Pay: RM400.00 - RM500.00 per month
Expected hours: 3 – 4 per week
