This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring

Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company

Promote a positive organizational culture and ensure employee satisfaction and engagement

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
