Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT project implementation including planning, monitoring, executing and closing to ensure projects are delivered on time as per specification and requirements within budgets and resources defined.
- Draw up and maintain accurate, detailed project plans and timeline.
- Create necessary project documents according to the Project Management framework.
- Managing stakeholders’ expectations and execution of the project deliverables.
- Assisting in Business Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, capturing business and user requirements.
- Planning and execution of the Project, especially areas that impact stakeholders such as “Go Live”, and Training & Change Management.
- Acting as point of contact between stakeholders, vendors and project team.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and take ownership of the critical issues and ensure resolution within the agreed timeline.
- Establish risk management and mitigation plans.
- Prepare and provide timely project progress reports, project plans and documents.
- Ensuring that processes and procedures are continually reviewed and improved, and changes are communicated and implemented effectively
Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- 5 - 8 years of related experience in IT project management handling multiple and large-scale projects in HIS, LIMS
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in application integration, software development and implementation.
- Certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum.
- Good business analyst skills.
- Experience working in healthcare industry (hospital, laboratory) is an added advantage

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
