Job Description:

Tekkashop Malaysia is looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor to manage furniture installation operations, conduct site visits, and resolve customer issues on the go. As a key member of our team, you will oversee installers, make delivery and installation processes, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. A motorcycle or car is required for transportation.

Key Responsibilities:Team Supervision & Coordination

  • Manage and lead a team of installers to ensure timely and accurate furniture delivery and installation.
  • Provide hands-on support to installers during on-site operations.
  • Monitor team performance and maintain adherence to schedules, safety, and quality standards.

Site Management & Customer Service

  • Conduct site visits to address and resolve customer issues directly and professionally.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on-site, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Verify installation accuracy, perform quality checks, and address adjustments when necessary.

Operational Excellence

  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery and installation schedules for efficiency.
  • Verify stock accuracy and ensure proper documentation for delivery orders (DO).
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of furniture, maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
  • Support the team with hands-on furniture assembly and installation when required.

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by superiors to support Tekkashop’s operations and goals.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing or supervising teams, preferably in furniture delivery, installation, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to on-site challenges.
  • Hands-on skills in furniture assembly and installation (training provided if necessary).
  • Physically fit and capable of assisting with heavy lifting if required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Valid motorcycle or car license is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in office furniture assembly or site supervision is a plus.
