  • Handling correspondence, emails, and documentation.
  • Assisting in filing and record-keeping for HR and other departments.

3. Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for managers.
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements if necessary.

4. General Support:

  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Acting as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
