HR Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assisting in job posting on portals and social media.
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining candidate databases and communication.
2. Employee Records Management:
- Organizing and updating employee files and documentation.
- Assisting in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
3. Payroll and Attendance:
- Assisting in maintaining attendance records.
- Preparing data for payroll processing.
4. Training and Development:
- Coordinating training sessions and employee development activities.
- Maintaining training schedules and feedback.

- Supporting the organization of team-building and engagement events.
- Handling employee queries and concerns under supervision.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked and reordered as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
2. Documentation and Filing:
- Handling correspondence, emails, and documentation.
- Assisting in filing and record-keeping for HR and other departments.
3. Scheduling and Coordination:
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for managers.
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements if necessary.
4. General Support:
- Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Acting as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
