Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent, financially savvy, and tech-savvy Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or investment banking, with proven experience in leading and optimizing operations across multiple departments, including sales, marketing, administration, and accounting. This individual will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Oversee and lead all company departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Administration, and Accounting. Develop and execute growth objectives aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Operations Management: Ensure efficient operational processes and workflows across all departments to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Sales & Marketing: Leverage sales experience to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and enhance marketing efforts.
- Reporting: Provide daily updates to ownership, transitioning to weekly reports as stability and growth are achieved.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a C-suite position, preferably in finance or investment banking.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a proven ability to drive growth and manage a sales team.
- Strong understanding of operations, marketing, administration, and accounting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and execute strategic plans effectively.
- Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of modern business technologies and tools.
