  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

About the Role

  • Provide invaluable assistance to ensure restaurant merchants transition smoothly to the Eats365 F&B solution.
  • Import restaurant menus into the Eats365 system as the first step of onboarding.
  • Help set up optimum system configurations for customers.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Serve as a vital link between the Eats365 team and customers.

    What You’ll Do

    • Input restaurant menus into the Eats365 online portal and POS accurately and efficiently.
    • Learn and master best practices for Eats365’s menu management system to work more effectively.
    • Support System Specialists in configuring systems for customers.
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks to assist with onboarding and system setup.

  • Tertiary education qualification; experience in the F&B tech industry is a plus.
  • High level of accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to type in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Benefits : Annual Leave: 14 days in the first year, with 1 additional day per year of service (capped at 18 days)
