Job Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Procedures for New Employees: Handle onboarding processes, including signing employment contracts and renewing contracts for employees with expiring agreements.
2. Employee Records Management: Establish and maintain employee records, including organizing and preserving paper files and inputting electronic records.
3. Employee Confirmation, Salary Adjustments, and Position Changes: Manage processes related to confirmation, salary adjustments, and job transfers (e.g., issuing/ replacing employee badge, locker key, ESD cloth set, and hats). Handle resignation procedures, including collect reuseable ESD cloth set, hats, locker key and badge. Track relevant documents and update records accordingly for the above processes.
4. Report Preparation and Transmission: Prepare and distribute various reports, such as end-of-month employee attendance record,
5. Collection of New Hire Documents: Collect photocopies of ID cards from new hires, bank account number, EPF number and ensure electronics records are submitted to outsource accountant to proceed payroll record.
6. Filing and Record Management: Establish a filing and storage system for various documents
7. External Audits: Assist with external audits by providing relevant documents and materials
Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned on a temporary basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
