You should be familiar with various massage services that can help reduce pain and stress. Our ideal candidate must be able to make customers feel comfortable and encourage them to return for additional treatment. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide various types of massage services to customers by appointment
- Guide customers through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
- Listen to customers during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
- Create excellent member/ customer experience through friendly and helpful attitude
- Ensure clean, safe, and well-organized facility and room
- Maintain customer records
- Develop massage treatment plans
- Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Proficiency in spoken English; ability to speak multiple languages (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese) will be an added advantage
- Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above
- Experience working in a spa or wellness center is preferred
- Holding a current massage therapy certification will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
