- Respond to prospect clients/customers from the internal customer acquisition platform.
- Identify and target potential residential clients interested in solar PV systems.
- Engage with prospective clients to:
- Prepare detailed proposals.
- Ensure alignment with their requirements.
- Understand their electrical needs.
- Assess their site's solar potential.
- Present customized solar PV solutions.
- Prepare and present products that align with the company's objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and other project participants to:
- Create more efficient project methods.
- Maintain the project’s profitability.
- Conduct on-site visits and provide details to the engineering team for proper planning and layout.
- Provide regular updates to management on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Diploma holders and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak in English
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Arrangement:
- Training for 2 week at HQ office for new Penang Branch staff members.
- No limit commission scheme
- RM100 attendance allowance.

- 13-month salary if employed for a full year with the company.
