Job description: - Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues faced by IT Assistants and other employees. - Monitor ticket resolution metrics and ensure user satisfaction. - Provide ongoing support for POS systems, ensuring minimal disruption to F&B operations. - Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and enterprise applications. - Perform advanced hardware and software maintenance. - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and data storage solutions. - Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of IT infrastructure." - Administer enterprise-level applications, such as CRM, POS systems and others. - Ensure system reliability and address performance issues in a timely manner." - Supervise and mentor IT team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth. - Plan and conduct training sessions to enhance employee awareness of IT systems and security protocols. - Lead IT projects, including system rollouts, migrations, and integrations for new outlets. - Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of IT initiatives. - Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and IT systems. - Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime. - Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services. - Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements. - Create detailed reports on IT performance, ongoing projects, and incident resolutions. - Provide insights and recommendations to management based on reports. - Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations. - Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget effectively. - Optimize spending to balance cost and performance needs. - Develop and implement IT strategies to align with organizational goals. - Identify opportunities for technology improvements to support business operations. - Conduct regular assessments of IT infrastructure and recommend upgrades or enhancements. - Take on additional responsibilities to address evolving business needs and support organizational goals. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the F&B industry or a similar fast-paced environment. - Proven experience with system administration, network management, and IT project management. - Strong knowledge of POS systems and cloud-based applications. - Proficiency in cybersecurity practices and IT compliance standards. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. - Relevant IT certifications are an advantage. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Availability to travel and provide on-site support when required.
