Process Improvement: 1) Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 2) Implement technology and automation solutions to streamline operations. Ensure the proper maintenance of warehouse equipment to avoid downtime and reduce repair costs. Reporting & Documentation: 1) Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, shipping performance, and staff productivity. 2) Ensure all required documentation, such as shipping and receiving logs, inventory records, and invoices, are accurate and up-to-date. Customer Service: 1) Resolve any customer issues related to shipping, receiving, or product quality in a timely manner. 2) Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure excellent order fulfillment and delivery experiences for customers.
