Warehouse Manager/Asst, Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Operations Management: 1) Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency. 2) Supervise and coordinate the shipping, receiving, and storage of goods in accordance with company policies and industry standards. 3) Ensure the proper storage of inventory and goods, maintaining safety and compliance with all relevant regulations. Inventory Management & Control: 1) Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. 2) Implement and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. 3) Coordinate the replenishment process to ensure proper stock levels are maintained. Logistics Coordination: 1) Oversee logistics and transportation planning, including coordination with suppliers, vendors, and shipping carriers. 2) Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies. 3) Maintain clear and effective communication between internal teams, customers, and external partners regarding order status and shipping schedules. Team Leadership & Development: 1) Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity, safety, and teamwork. 2) Assign tasks, establish priorities, and ensure that performance standards are met. 3) Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance. Health & Safety Compliance: 1) Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe work environment. 2) Conduct safety audits, provide safety training, and address any safety concerns or hazards immediately. 3) Ensure compliance with OSHA and other local regulations regarding warehouse operations. Process Improvement: 1) Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 2) Implement technology and automation solutions to streamline operations. Ensure the proper maintenance of warehouse equipment to avoid downtime and reduce repair costs. Reporting & Documentation: 1) Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, shipping performance, and staff productivity. 2) Ensure all required documentation, such as shipping and receiving logs, inventory records, and invoices, are accurate and up-to-date. Customer Service: 1) Resolve any customer issues related to shipping, receiving, or product quality in a timely manner. 2) Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure excellent order fulfillment and delivery experiences for customers.
