Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Chef de Partie or Executive Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food and ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support the kitchen team in preparing for banquets, events, and daily service operations.
- Continuously learn and improve culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in culinary arts or a related field is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Strong passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Masai.
