- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle office inquiries.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork.
- Ensure smooth office operations and assist with day-to-day activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Malay
