We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in contract management and quantity surveying (QS) works. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining contractual compliance across all project phases. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other QS-related documentation. Conduct cost estimation, analysis, and forecasting for various construction projects. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout project execution. Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Perform regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor claims. Prepare and evaluate interim and final payments, variations, and claims. Provide advice on procurement strategies, cost-saving measures, and risk management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for stakeholders, including financial updates and cost analysis. Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying and contract management. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, PAM, JKR). Proficiency in QS software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or similar). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Professional membership or certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is an advantage.
