Service Delivery Support Engineer (OT)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Operational Technology (OT) Engineer Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, sustaining OT systems, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and planning and setting up OT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support Manufacturing: 1. Provide technical support for manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OT systems and equipment in the manufacturing environment. 3. Collaborate with production teams to optimize the performance of OT systems. 2. Sustaining the OT System: 1. Maintain and sustain OT systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation. 2. Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and upgrades of OT hardware and software. 3. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. 3. Cybersecurity Certification: 1. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and certifications relevant to OT systems. 2. Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect OT infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities. 3. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks. 4. Planning and Setup: 1. Plan and execute the setup of new OT systems and infrastructure. 2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OT systems with existing processes. 3. Develop and document standard operating procedures for the setup and maintenance of OT systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in supporting manufacturing operations and OT systems. Strong knowledge of OT hardware and software, including PLCs, SCADA, and DCS. Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
