Job Objective
Responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets,
overseeing daily operations, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Supervision
Manage and lead a team of sales executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to improve performance and skills.
2. Sales Strategy Implementation
Plan and implement effective sales strategies and activities.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
3. Sales Activities
Oversee daily sales operations, including making calls, attending appointments, and closing
sales.
Support the team in closing complex or high-value deals.
4. Sales Reporting
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Provide detailed feedback and insights to the Sales Manager or Operation Manager to improve
strategies and processes.
5. Event Management
Coordinate and participate in company events, including classes, seminars, and other marketing
initiatives.
Ensure the team is well-prepared and represents the company professionally during events.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and assist in resolving any issues or escalations.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing customers.
7. Target Achievement
Drive the team to meet sales targets consistently.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their individual and group goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and trends.
Additional Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Proficient in sales software and CRM systems.
Possess own transport and a valid driving license (if required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
