  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Beauty Product Manager with a strong background in pharmacy, nutrition, or cosmetology to manage the lifecycle of our facial products and supplements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, marketing, and sales, and will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing:

  • Identify and establish relationships with suppliers and manufacturers for high-quality raw materials and ingredients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to source innovative and effective ingredients.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with R&D to formulate new products and improve existing ones.
  • Ensure products comply with regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote facial products and supplements.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and branding.
  • Work with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and promotional events.

Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on product features and benefits.

Customer Engagement:

  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Need to liaise and work well with Singapore team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Cosmetology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the beauty, skincare, or supplement industry.
  • Strong knowledge of product sourcing, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
