Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet/F&B Captain & Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee and coordinate all banquet functions, ensuring that events run smoothly and guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate banquet functions, including setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and prepared for events.
  • Communicate effectively with event planners, clients, and kitchen staff to ensure all event details are met.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of the banquet.
  • Assist in planning and executing food and beverage services, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Lead by example, providing exceptional guest service and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage banquet inventories, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available for events.
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating banquet staff performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Banquet/F&B Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Compulsary to have a full car driving license.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques and catering standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • "Food Handler’s Certificate" is a requirement, if not available, kindly let us know beforehand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
