- Manage lawyers' calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails and phone calls.
- A detailed and strong organization skills.
- Ensuring a smooth functioning of the legal office.
