Job Description
- Assist the Factory Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment, processes technology led to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities
- .Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Initializing corrective and preventive actions arising from customer complaints and product non-conformance.Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancements.
- To be alert in any uprising production-related issues and report to the management on all unusual matters eg. Process variations,yield fluctuation, and low production output.
- Generate monthly reports of the process plant in general and all issues arising.
- Ensure good people management to keep teams working in harmony and a motivated environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role, with at least [3] years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex production workflows.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Leadership skills to motivate, guide, and develop production staff.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and implement improvements.
- Adaptability to evolving production environments and changing priorities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
