1) To perform planned preventive and corrective maintenance around the hospital building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair. 2) To repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures and system. 3) To applying preventative measures to the hospital building to reduce the risk of recurrence defects. 4) To perform painting of the building when old paint has become faded. 5) To comply with the safety and statutory rules and regulations.
