- Able to handle full set accounts. - Maintain proper accounting records and filling in hardcopy and softcopy. - Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly accounts and financial reports. - Handle any other ad hoc assignments on accounts and finance related matters as required by management. - Able to use Autocount software. - Provide day-to-day admin support - Provide all secretarial and administrative functions for the department while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
