Job description
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Psychology / HR Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in Training and IT background.
- Good communications skills, attention to details and proficient with Computer.
- Innovative, friendly, vicarious, approachable and independent.
- Candidate with experience in training and development will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Provide support and administration on logistical management, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
- Provide an active, hands-on role in working with leaders and team coordinators in developing and implementing suitable content for the courses
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials.
- Facilitate training programs and delivery, including scheduling, invitation, location and facilities management and training delivery
- Deliver the training as a Trainer for e-Tanah project
- Create evaluation processes and forms, conduct performance evaluations and provide performance feedback.
- Assist in performing other specific duties/ ad-hoc tasks for Change Management, as and when required

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
