Role: Service coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the work order for a service department include coordinating with the service manager on the completion of customer work orders, putting together billing for work completed, and reviewing time cards for service employees. Responsibilities: 1. To creates, updates, and maintains Service Register including SQL. 2. Plans and prepares manpower schedules for site work, installation, and troubleshooting. 3. Responsible for setting up daily, weekly, and monthly schedules noting appointments for any job request. 4. Liaise with client on the service schedule, required hardware, documentation and others special requirement. 5. Placed and received client’s orders and gave instruction to engineers for services required by clients. 6. Brief Engineer the job scope, schedule, accommodation, travelling arrangement and any special requirement from client. 7. Prepare and handover the require tools, hardware and documentation for Engineer before attend the service. 8. Invoice for service and Maintenance work within an agreed timeframe of job completion 9. Ensuring basic tools and equipment are in working order by performing regular inspections. 10. To prepare quotation for manpower and spares for Maintenance Contract Services and non-contract services. 11. Updating maintenance logs for all tools and equipment. 12. Responsible for keeping department organizational chart up-to-date with current information. 13. Work closely with Sales, Procurement and Logistic Department to make sure job done accordingly and successfully 14. Follow and maintain as per ISO standard compliance with company policy.
