Assistant Storekeeper (Logistics)

Assistant Storekeeper (Worker-1 vacancy ), Logistics department Job responsibilities: 1. Ensure to communicate with Production team on timely drums available to minimise waiting charges and cancellation of trucks. 2. Truck arrangements with transporter to meet internal demand on timely manner and react to changes if any. 3. To monitor and ensure there is sufficient stock of relevant drum are maintained at the Yard to meet forecasted demand for designated customers. 4. To ensure the proper and timely preparation of documentation required for delivery of goods to customers. 5. Ensure proper stocks identification and ensure follow First In First Out (FIFO). 6. Drums returned records to be updated on timely manner and report to the relevant departments for further action. 7. To carry our continuous improvement activities to improve drum-yard operation. 8. To monitor the contract workers and arrange distribution of work accordingly. 9. Any other tasks as assigned by the Company. Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least Minimum of SPM or without the relevant qualification working experience will be considered 2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English 3. Possess at least 2 years in logistics function in manufacturing environment. 4. Required Skill(s): Able to work independently, interpersonal skills, excellent communication, initiative and willingness to learn. 5. Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Logistics Operations or equivalent. Working as Contract (1 year) Normal shift / Office hour
