Integral Life Developer (IL) / Integral Group Developer (IG)

Key Responsibilities: 1) Working experience of 8-10 years 2) Have hands-on working experience in DXC/CSC platforms of applications within Life Insurance domain OR Integral Group domain is a must 3) Ability to write programs using COBOL/COBOL SQL is a must 4) Ability to understand user requirement and provide business solutions is a plus 5) Good understanding of all life insurance module(New business/claims/Policy admin) is a must 6) Liaison person with vendors to discuss business requirement and develop functional specifications 7) Ability to translate functional specifications to technical specifications is a must 8) Have good understanding of system integrations surrounding core applications is a must 9) Ability to engage technical vendors and business users to provide good quality deliverables is expected 10) Perform Level 2 troubleshooting of application issues and engage vendors for Level3 support 11) Experience in supporting night batch support is a must 12) Experience in launching products is plus 13) Experience in Agile, Scrum is a plus and encouraged Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:  Having strong troubleshooting skills/knowledge on the reported system issue  Ability to support new products and system support independently  Having good COBOL, AS400,IBM iSeries and DB skills is a plus, SQL/MYSQL  Ability to take up additional support and maneuver within integrated system is a plus  Experience in supporting core applications using DXC/CSC platforms
