1. Lead the safety team to ensure a safe and health working environment. 2. Ensure safe working environment at the site 3. To promote a healty and safe working atitude among the workers. 4. To identify, analyse, evaluate and rectify the impact and hazards on the people and the environment. 5. To educate workers on industry best practices 6. Planning and conducting of emergency evacuation drills on a regular basis and implementing audit checkpoints aiding facilities. 7. Monitoring local exhaust system, occupational and general safety program to ensure safe environment and comply with OSHA requirement. 8. Prepared summary of safety and health activities at the beginning of the following month. 9. Conduct Safety induction for new workers prior to entering sites 10. Continuosly improving to ensure sustained compliance to OSH law in company 11. Liaise with DOSH other related agencies to arrange for renewal of registered equipment and to close any observations and findings. 12. Accident and incident management, complaints, and cases ill health. 13. Drawing up safe operational practices and making necessary changes 14. Lead investigation all violations and incident / accidents, recommends preventitve programs at the site level.
