Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives, identify potential leads, and expand key market segments in the solar industry in Malaysia. - Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and action plans to clients while maintaining a consistent and professional approach. - Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements, analyzing market trends, and improving product marketability and profitability. - Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits and effective communication to ensure long-term rapport. - Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to evaluate and enhance marketing and sales strategies for optimal results. Qualifications & Experiences Needed: - At least SPM level and must have 1-2 years of experience in the solar industry. - Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver professional presentations effectively. - Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data for optimizing strategies. - Customer service-oriented, with the ability to foster strong relationships and build trust with clients. - Able to travel within Peninsular Malaysia. - Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (required).
