ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR (QC)

1. Supervising Incoming Materials Inspection: Oversee and assist in inspecting incoming materials, components, and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet predefined specifications. Ensure that appropriate measurement and testing equipment is used to assess the quality of the incoming products. 2. Coordination with Suppliers: Communicate with suppliers to ensure they understand and meet the company’s quality standards. Report any non-conformance or issues related to incoming materials to suppliers and work with them to resolve quality concerns. 3. Managing Quality Control Procedures: Ensure that all materials are inspected according to standardized procedures and checklists. Assist in developing and maintaining IQC work instructions and quality control procedures. 4. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incoming materials inspections, including inspection reports, test results, and any corrective actions taken. Ensure proper documentation for tracking non-conforming materials and follow-up actions.
