THE ROLE We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to join our Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience interaction across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on promoting our products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Research and identify trends in the IT industry to develop a social media content strategy aligned with business goals. 2) Plan, create, and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts. 3) Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, ensuring cohesive branding across platforms. 4) Schedule posts and monitor performance using social media management tools 5) Interact with followers, respond to queries, and foster an online community around the brand. 6) Manage our social media online shop, such as Tiktok shop and Shopee 7) Follow up lead in our social media platform 8) Host a live session on social media to promote our products 9) Participate in our company exhibition showcase and explore innovative IT solutions 10) Encourage user-generated content and testimonials to enhance credibility and engagement. 11) Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with branding and campaign goals. 12) Coordinate with developers to create tech-focused tutorials, webinars, or live sessions for audiences. 13) Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the IT and tech sectors. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Bachelor in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media or relevant field 2) 1-2 years experience in content creation, writing and editing skills 3) Time-management skills 4) Familiar with SEO tools such as to track performance, analyze metrics, and identify areas for improvement." 5) Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software. 6) Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and technical jargon. 7) Experience with paid social media campaigns and performance optimization. 8) Analytical mindset to interpret data and refine strategies. 9) Creativity and storytelling ability to craft relatable, impactful content 10) Salary range RM 2500 – RM 3500
