FACTORY SUPERVISOR

Responsible for managing the manufacturing process. 1. Understand and be able to operate all equipment and troubleshooting. 2. Ability to understand the production schedule and ensure the schedule is followed Responsible for ensuring the inventory management system is being utilized correctly and accurately. 3. Ensuring effective employee relations; providing employee coaching and development; resolving employee issues through problem resolution 4. Balancing quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas; working to continuously improve in all areas 5. Managing departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and providing regular progress reports 6. Monitor systematic key performance indicators (KPI s) and help with continuous improvement on said findings 7. Record daily numbers and send updated report throughout the day and end of shift 8. Responsible for implementing all company policies. 9. Responsible for ensuring all employees are adhering to safety guidelines. 10. Maintain facility and employees to always be audit ready. 11. Tracking absenteeism 12. Discipline and coach according to company policies and document. 13. Training all employees that report to them. 14. Work with or appoint an employee to help change overs and mechanical projections on the line alongside of maintenance. 15. Performing all other duties as assigned.
