Quality Control Cum Halal Executive Trainee
Quality Control: • Monitor and inspect raw materials, production stages, and finished products to ensure they align with quality benchmarks. • Conduct regular quality assessments, documenting findings thoroughly and accurately. • Maintain up-to-date records of compliance with product quality and safety regulations. • Identify and report non-conformances, assisting the team in resolving issues through corrective actions. • Uphold hygiene and safety standards across all stages of production. Halal Compliance: • Assist in preparing documentation for Halal certificate application and ensure timely renewals. • Work closely with regulatory authorities to maintain Halal compliance. • Verify and monitor the procurement of Halal-certified ingredients and raw materials. • Perform internal audits to confirm adherence to Halal guidelines throughout operations. • Educate and train team members on Halal policies to promote compliance and awareness.
1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related disciplines. 2. Experience: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in quality control or Halal certification is a plus. 3. Skills: • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities. • Basic understanding of Halal principles and food safety standards. • Proficiency in English and Malay, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
