About the Role
1. Working closely with our marketing partners, vendors and Group Distribution to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for AIA Regional Solutions.2. Provide administrative support to Group Distribution Office sales and proposition teams in collaboration with external agencies and marketing vendors.
Job Description:
1. Monthly expense report handling and collaborate with MY GFS for all Group Distribution expenses related.
2. Cross-charging request administration for Learning & Development (“L&D”) and events
3. Administrative tasks including (but not limited to) collating the relevant information needed from local business units / channel PICs for events and L&D initiatives.
4. Administrative of One GD Learning SharePoint to ensure it is kept up to date.
5. Learning administration support in WorkDay for registration of course, upload of participants lists post course and managing communication.
6. Support management and maintenance of Inside Distribution SharePoint to ensure it is kept up to date.
a. P2P Process: Vendor Onboarding
b. Third Party Management System
c. Payment to vendor via Ariba including following up with vendor7. Administrative tasks for AIA Events app (AIA GEM) to support Group Distribution events tasks including (but not limited to) collating the relevant information needed from local business units / event PICs, working with event application vendor (Klicker/Star Event) as well as pulling together reports.
