Recruitment Executive ( Mandarin Speaker )

Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive process and systems to attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles. Manage Employer Branding initiatives. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to source and attract potential candidates. Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and conducting interviews with hiring managers. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. Implement best practices in recruitment, including the use of innovative sourcing techniques, candidate assessment tools, and recruitment metrics to drive efficiency and quality of hire. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the talent pool and enhance the employer brand. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
